Sending the package
The default delivery time for PENINSULA and BALEARIC ISLANDS is 2 or 4 working days.
For shipments to the CANARY ISLANDS there are two services: Maritime (6-7 working days) or Air (2-3 working days). (Consult restrictions / conditions for air shipment to the Canary Islands). The derivative of the IGIC and the amount derived from the customs expenses (DUA) will have to be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery.
For shipments to ANDORRA, a supplement of € 22 (VAT included) is paid in advance at the time of ordering for the expenses derived from Customs management. If the payment is received before 11:30 am, the order leaves the same day. If the payment is received after 11:30 a.m., the order will be sent the next day.
In no case will the voucher issued by the bank or any other type of payment voucher serve as proof of payment. The transport company will send a warning message to indicate that your shipment has been en route and / or to arrange delivery. In that message appears the tracking code of the shipment.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and transport costs. The cost of transport will be calculated based on the weight and volume of the total packages to be sent. We cannot group different orders, shipping costs must be paid for each of the shipments.
Our transport companies offer special attention to fragile packages, but the recipient is responsible for reviewing the order at the time of delivery for possible claims.
